Our First Hub: A Model for the Nation
We are launching our first permanent Resilience Hub to serve as a prototype for nationwide expansion. This facility will:
1.) Provide immediate disaster relief.
2.) Train individuals in sustainable energy, sustainable living and a plethora of life skills and trades.
3.) Serve as a love-based community center and home school co-op.
4.) Act as a blueprint for future Resilience Hubs across the U.S.
Future Expansion Plans
We envision a nationwide network of hubs, strategically located to serve communities before, during, and after crises.
We currently have a 4.000 sq ft facility in Elizabethton TN. We are able to expand another 8,000 sq ft in 2 weeks. This is ample enough room to carry out all of our plans. However, we are seeking the right land to relocate to a farm-based facility that allows us to incorporate:
1.) Sustainable farming and homesteading education.
2.) Self-sufficient food production for families in need.
3.) A working farm that supports food security for the town.
We support communities and local farms to access government funding for microgrid projects through submitting grants.
Our program equips individuals with skills for job readiness and life preparedness.
1. Make a Donation – Your financial contributions ensures that we have paid volunteers to run daily operations, keep the lights on, and the doors open.
2. Become a Monthly Partner – Help us sustain our mission with ongoing support, this could be financially or with supplies.
3. Volunteer With Us – Join a relief trip, work at headquarters, or assist in a training.
4. Donate a Vehicle or Product – Vehicle donations can be for those who lost theirs in a disaster or for our operations. We currently have a need for a long bed pick up truck, (Preferably an F-350, white, raised, superduty. :) ) and a box truck to move supplies, building supplies, and furniture.
5. Spread the Word – Share our mission with your network. You never know who is looking to support a mission like ours. Share with your friends, family, coworkers, church, schools, etc.
6. Pray Without Ceasing – Join us in prayer for wisdom, provision, and impact.
